CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICIES.

As I do a great deal of preparation prior to seeing you, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment.  Less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of 50% of the consultation rate.  Non-attendance without prior notice will result in the full rate being charged.

 

At this time, payment of the agreed rate is required at the time of consultation, preferably by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard).  Cash is accepted, but please note I don’t keep change on the premises. Any prescriptions, if required, will be at an additional cost to the consultation fee.
